1. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Have a valid motorbike license (Thai or international)
• Provide a security deposit

2. Rental Period & Charges

• Rental charges are calculated based on the number of days or hours agreed at booking
• Late returns may result in additional charges
• Rental starts at the agreed delivery time and ends at the agreed return time

3. Delivery & Pick-up

• We provide delivery and pick-up service to your hotel or chosen location
• You must be present at the scheduled delivery and return time

4. Use of the Vehicle

• You must wear a helmet at all times (helmet is included)
• The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road riding
• You are responsible for any traffic violations or fines during the rental

5. Damage & Accidents

• In case of any damage or accident, you must inform us immediately
• You are responsible for the repair costs unless covered by insurance (if offered)
• The deposit may be withheld in part or full depending on the damage

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations up to 24 hours before delivery are fully refundable
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a partial or no refund

7. Liability

• We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to your belongings
• You ride at your own risk. Please ride responsibly and follow traffic rules

• We collect basic personal information (name, hotel, contact info) for rental purposes only
